摘　　要：为全面了解牛羊布鲁氏菌病(以下简称“布病”)感染、流行情况,建宁县对辖区内牛、羊养殖场(户)开展了连续三年、全覆盖的布病血清学调查。共采集牛羊血清样本2 890份,阳性率0.46%。结果表明:建宁县畜间布病防控措施总体积极有效,建议今后进一步加强牛羊布病监测、动物产地检疫调运监管和无疫小区创建工作,积极推进以布病净化为目的的综合防控措施,保障畜牧业生产安全和公共卫生安全。In order to have a comprehensive understanding of cattle and sheep brucellosis infection and prevalence, Jianning county conducted a three-year, full-coverage brucellosis serological survey of cattle and sheep farms(households) in the area. A total of 2890 cattle and sheep serum samples were collected, with a positive rate of 0.46%. The results show that: the overall positive and effective measures for the prevention and control of brucellosis among livestock in Jianning County, it is recommended to further strengthen the monitoring of brucellosis in cattle and sheep, the supervision of animal origin quarantine and transportation and the creation of disease-free plots in the future, and actively promote comprehensive prevention and control measures aimed at brucellosis purification to protect the safety of livestock production and public health.
