摘 要:本研究旨在明确猪脾转移因子(TF)对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)活疫苗(CH-1R株)免疫抗体的影响,采用具有自主知识产权的中国发明专利制备3批猪脾TF,将PRRS活疫苗(CH-1R株)单独或分别与3批TF联合(单独免疫组、联合免疫组1、联合免疫组2和联合免疫组3)免疫PRRS抗体阴性仔猪,并设立非免疫空白组,采用ELISA方法检测PRRS抗体水平。结果显示,免疫后第7 d、14 d、28 d、42 d和56 d,联合免疫组1、联合免疫组2和联合免疫组3的PRRS抗体阳性率均比单独免疫组高20%~40%。结果表明,TF可以提高PRRS活疫苗(CH-1R株)的免疫抗体水平,为PRRS防控提供参考。In order to determine the effect of pig spleen transfer factor(TF) on the immune antibodies of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) attenuated vaccine(CH-1R strain), three batches of pig spleen TF were prepared with Chinese invention patents with independent intellectual property rights. PRRS antibody negative piglets were inoculated with PRRS attenuated vaccine(CH-1R strain) as vaccination alone group, PRRS attenuated vaccine(CH-1R strain) combined with three batches of TF(Co-vaccination group 1, Co-vaccination group 2, Co-vaccination group 3) respectively, and blank group(non-immunized) was set up. PRRS antibody level was detected by ELISA. The results showed that the positive rate of PRRS antibody in Co-vaccination group 1, Co-vaccination group 2, Co-vaccination group 3 were 20%~40% higher than that in vaccination alone group. These findings indicated that TF could improve the immune antibody level of PRRS attenuated vaccine(CH-1R strain). The research provide a reference for the prevention and control of PRRS.
