摘 要:基于2019年9月~2021年9月山东省高速公路与国道的动态轴载称重系统(WIM)所实测的车辆轴载数据,研究了强力治超背景下的车型组成、满载车比例与当量轴载换算系数,预估了山东省高速公路典型结构中沥青层与水稳碎石层的结构寿命。结果表明,当前山东高速公路与国道的满载车比例与超载程度相比2017年前明显改善,2~11类车的当量轴载换算系数大多明显低于现行《公路沥青路面设计规范》(JTG D50-2017)中推荐值。在当前的满载车比例与超载程度下,相比于规范推荐超载参数下的计算结果,山东省高速公路典型结构中水稳碎石层与沥青层的结构寿命均明显增长。当前山东治超成效显著,在高速公路与国道设计与养护中建议基于实测轴载谱而非规范推荐值或2017年前的经验数据,重新评估山东省高速公路与国道的结构寿命。Based on the measured vehicle axle load data by weighing in-motion system(WIM)of the expressways and national highways in Shandong Province from September 2019 to September 2021,in this paper,vehicle type composition,fully loaded vehicle proportion and equivalent axle load conversion coefficient under the background of strict overload controlling are studied,and the structural life of asphalt layer and cement stabilized layer in the typical structure of Shandong provincial expressways are estimated.The results show that the fully loaded vehicle proportion and overload degree on the expressways and national highways in Shandong Province are significantly decreased compared with those before 2017,and most of the equivalent axle load conversion coefficients of 2-11 type vehicles are significantly lower than the recommended values in current Specification for Design of Highway Asphalt Pavement.Compared with the calculation results under the overload parameters recommended in the Specification,the structural life of cement stabilized layer and asphalt layer in the typical structure of expressways is significantly increased under the current fully loaded vehicle proportion and overload degree.At present,Shandong Province has achieved remarkable effects in overload control.In the design and maintenance of the expressways and national highways in the Province,it is recommended to re-evaluate the structural life based on the axle load spectrum measured in recent years rather than the recommended value in the Specification or the empirical data which obtained before 2017.
