摘  要:为促进工业固废钢渣在道路工程中的再生利用及改善黄土路基湿陷性,采用钢渣细集料稳定黄土路基,通过分析无侧限抗压强度、水稳定性及承载力,确定钢渣细集料稳定黄土的技术参数及强度形成规律。研究结果表明,随着钢渣掺量增大,钢渣稳定黄土的强度逐渐增大。采用7 d无侧限抗压强度和浸水强度损失率作为评价指标,得出适宜改良黄土的钢渣粒径为0~3 mm、最小掺量为15%;0.075 mm作为钢渣稳定黄土的关键筛孔,筛孔通过率需≥8%;钢渣改良土强度增长龄期长,56 d还未出现强度增长缓和点,属于后期强度发挥胶凝体;钢渣改良黄土的CBR承载比远远满足路床规定,浸水膨胀率最高不超过1%,体积较为稳定。基于研究结论,在某黄土地区一级公路中铺筑了试验段,采用全深式冷再生机进行路拌施工,试验段取得了良好效果。To promote the recycling of industrial solid waste steel slag in road engineering and improve the collapsibility of loess subgrade,steel slag fine aggregate is used to stabilize loess subgrade.The technical parameters and strength formation law of steel slag fine aggregate stabilizing loess are determined by analyzing unconfined compressive strength,water stability and bearing capacity.The results show that with the increase of steel slag content,the strength of steel slag stabilized loess gradually increases.Using the loss rate of 7-day unconfined compressive strength and immersion strength as the evaluation index,it is concluded that the minimum content of steel slag to improve loess is 15%,the particle size of steel slag is 0~3 mm,0.075 mm is used as the key sieve for steel slag to stabilize loess,and the minimum passing rate of sieve is 8%;The strength growth age of steel slag improved soil is long,and there is no moderation point of strength growth in 56 days,which belongs to late strength exerting cementitious body;The CBR bearing ratio of steel slag Improved Loess far meets the requirements of roadbed,the maximum water immersion expansion rate is no more than 1%,and the volume is relatively stable.Based on the research conclusion,the test section is paved in a class I Highway in loess area,and the full depth cold regenerator is used for road mixing construction,and the test section has achieved good results.
