摘　　要：以“民族药”为检索词,检索1994—2021年在中国知网专利数据库中收载的专利文献,从专利角度对我国民族药的发展现状进行分析。通过对专利的地区分布、申请人类型、技术领域、不同民族药专利涉及的药材、成方制剂和药物组合等方面进行分析,结果显示我国民族药专利申请经历了1994年至2003年的萌芽阶段,2003年至2018年的快速发展阶段,2019年至今的稳步发展阶段,反映了在国家对民族药的重视和支持下,通过科研机构和学者的努力,部分民族药工作已取得了一定的成就。民族药专利申请地区、专利申请人和研究机构呈现地域性,不同民族药的研究侧重点不同,部分民族药实现了产学研全面发展,但还有大量民族药等待开发,民族药质量标准提高,民族药正本清原和民族药材资源保护与可持续利用等问题都是目前民族药发展亟待解决的关键问题。Taking“ethnic medicine”as the search term,this paper searches the patent information collected in CNKI patent database from 1994 to 2021,and analyzes the development status of ethnic medicine in China from the perspective of patent.Through the analysis of patent regional distribution,patent applicant types,patent technology fields,medicinal materials,prescription preparations and drug combinations involved in different ethnic medicine patents,the results show that the ethnic medicine patent applications have experienced the embryonic stage from 1994 to 2003,the rapid development stage from 2003 to 2018 and the steady development stage from 2019 to now.It reflects that with the attention and support of the state to ethnic medicine and the efforts of scientific research institutions and scholars,some ethnic medicine work has made certain achievements.The patent application areas,patent applicants and research institutions of ethnic medicines are regional,and the research emphases of different ethnic medicines are different.Some ethnic medicines have achieved the all-round developmentof industry,university and research,but there are still a large number of ethnic medicines waiting to be developed,and the quality standards of ethnic medicines have been improved.The key problems to be solved in the development of ethnic medicine are the rectification of the origin of ethnic medicine and the protection and sustainable utilization of ethnic medicinal resources.
