玉环海山潮汐电站现状及保护利用建议

摘　　要：潮汐能是一种可替代再生能源,也同样被认为是一种“清洁”能源,而潮汐能发电是潮汐能最广泛的运用之一。海山潮汐电站代表了20世纪70年代我国潮汐能开发利用的先进水平,是海岛克服困难向大自然要资源的实物见证,对地方经济的发展具有重要的促进作用。根据海山潮汐电站的功能和现状,建议对潮汐电站核心发电设备闸口设备进行更新迭代,对20世纪90年代建设的建筑进行改造改建,同时因地制宜深挖历史文化内涵,开发独具海岛地方色彩的特色旅游。Tidal energy is not only a kind of renewable energy,but also a kind of“clean”energy,and tidal power generation is the most widely use of tidal energy.Haishan Tidal Power Station represents the advanced level of the development and utilization of tidal energy in China in 1970s as a physical witness of islands overcoming difficulties for natural resources,which played an important role in promoting the local economy.Based on the function and current situation of Haishan Tidal Power Station,it is suggested that the sluice equipment,the core generating part of the tidal power station,should be updated and iterated,and the buildings constructed in 1990s should be reconstructed.At the same time,the historical and cultural connotation should be deeply explored according to local conditions,and the characteristic tourism with unique island culture should be developed.
