摘　　要：从使用者感知的角度进行口袋公园满意度研究,确定口袋公园不同影响因子改造提升的轻重缓急并提供针对性的优化建议,能够为城市口袋公园更新改造提供重点和方向,提升使用者到园休闲游憩体验。以杭州上城区6座口袋公园为例,分析使用者行为特征,首先确认评价指标体系,其次运用重要性及其表现分析法分析口袋公园各因子的重要性和满意度感知特征。结果显示18项指标在6个口袋公园IPA象限图的分布上呈现出一定的共性与差异性。休憩设施、卫生设施在6个口袋公园IPA分析图中均位于重点改进区,是口袋公园建设及改造最为重要的影响因子;风格与特色及健身设施可在重点改进区发展后优化提升,植物种类丰富度均处于保持区域,不建议过多投入。Research pocket park satisfaction from the perspective of users’perception,determine the priorities of the transformation and improvement of different influencing factors of pocket parksand provide targeted optimization suggestions.This method can provide focus and direction for the renewal and transformation of the urban pocket park and improve users’leisure and recreation experience in the park.Taking six pocket parks in the Shangcheng District of Hangzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the user behavior characteristics,first confirms the evaluation index system,and then analyzes the importance and satisfaction perception characteristics of various factors of pocket parks by using the IPA analysis method.The results show that 18 indicators show some commonalities and differences in the distribution of IPA quadrants of 6 pocket parks.The rest facilities and sanitary facilities are located in the key improvement areas in the IPA analysis charts of the six pocket parks,which are the most important influencing factors for the construction and transformation of pocket parks.The style,characteristics,and fitness facilities can be optimized and improved after developing key improvement areas.The richness of plant species is in the maintenance area,and excessive investment is not recommended.
