摘　　要：目的了解泰州市某高校大学生对艾滋病防控知识的知晓和行为现状,为开展有针对性的健康教育活动提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,随机抽取了该校学生3257名,进行了线上问卷调查。内容包括学生基本情况、艾滋病防控知识、性行为防护及知识获取情况等。结果大学生对艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率74.9%,男女知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大多数学生对艾滋病血液传播、母婴传播的知晓率较高,超过了90%;仅有36.4%的学生知晓蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病。发生过性行为的学生占18.2%,其中43.0%的学生未使用过安全套。大学生获得艾滋病相关知识的主要途径为网络媒体(44.7%)和社会宣传讲座(32.0%)。结论大学生对艾滋病防控知识知晓率水平较低;高校应加强艾滋病及安全性行为的健康教育活动,提升大学生对艾滋病的认知水平,促进健康行为。Objective To understand the knowledge and behavior status of AIDS prevention and control among college students in Taizhou,so as to provide basis for carrying out targeted health education activities.Methods 3257 students were randomly selected from the school by cluster sampling method,and these students conducted an online questionnaire survey.The survey included the basic information of students,AIDS prevention and con⁃trol knowledge,sexual behavior protection and knowledge acquisition.Results The overall awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among college students was 74.9%,there was significant difference in awareness rate be⁃tween boys and girls(P<0.05).The awareness rate of blood transmission and vertical transmission of AIDS ex⁃ceeded 90%among the students.Only 36.4%of the students knew that mosquito bites would not spread AIDS.18.2%of the students had sexual experience,of which 43.0%had not used condoms.The main ways for college students to acquire AIDS related knowledge were Internet media(44.7%)and social propaganda lectures(32.0%).Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among college students is relatively low.Colleges should strengthen health education activities on AIDS and safe sex behavior to improve college stu⁃dents'awareness of AIDS and promote healthy behavior.
