摘  要:目的探讨高能磁场加速电子X射线放疗对患者血液中血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)和红细胞分布宽度标准差(RDW-SD)等红细胞参数的影响。方法以81例首次接受高能磁场加速电子X射线放疗的患者为研究对象,观察并比较患者在首次接受高能磁场加速电子X射线放疗前后血液中Hb、MCV、RDW-CV、RDW-SD的变化。结果患者首次接受高能磁场加速电子X射线放疗后的Hb(t=4.738,P<0.001)和MCV(t=4.324,P<0.001)较放疗前显著下降;RDW-CV显著增高(t=4.078,P<0.001);RDW-SD无显著差异(t=1.589,P=0.116)。结论高能磁场加速电子X射线放疗会导致患者红细胞均一性下降,Hb降低,MCV下降;且Hb和RDW-CV的变化与性别和年龄均无关,MCV与性别无关,与年龄有关,低龄组的MCV比高龄组下降更为明显。Objective To investigate the effect of high energy magnetic field accelerating electron X-ray radiother⁃apy on erythrocyte parameters such as Hb,MCV,RDW-CV and RDW-SD in tumor patients.Methods 81 pa⁃tients who received high energy magnetic field accelerating electron X-ray radiotherapy for the first time were selected as the experimental objects.The changes of Hb,MCV,RDW-CV and RDW-SD in the blood of tu⁃mor patients before and after the first high energy magnetic field accelerating electron X-ray radiotherapy were observed and compared.Results Hb(t=4.738,P<0.001)and MCV(t=4.324,P<0.001)decreased significantly af⁃ter the first high energy magnetic field accelerating electron X-ray radiotherapy,RDW-CV(t=4.078,P<0.001)increased significantly,and there was no significant difference in RDW-SD(t=1.589,P=0.116).Conclusion High energy magnetic field accelerating electron X-ray radiotherapy will lead to the decrease of erythrocyte homogenei⁃ty,Hb and MCV.The changes of Hb and RDW-CV have nothing to do with sex and age,MCV has nothing to do with sex,but with age.The MCV in the younger group is more obvious than that in the older group.
