小儿急诊静脉输液异常的急救护理价值分析

摘　　要：目的针对小儿急诊静脉输液异常实施急救护理的价值分析。方法选择2018年9月至2019年12月我院急诊静脉输液出现异常的患儿100例随机分为参照组与实验组,各50例。其中常规护理干预为参照组护理方法,急救护理为实验组护理方法,并对两组患儿护理前后疼痛感评分、护理满意度以及不良反应发生率进行对比。结果在护理前后疼痛感评分等方面,实验组疼痛感评分的下降幅度大于对照组,且存在显著差异(P<0.05);对比护理满意度方面,实验组护理满意度为98.00%,而参照组护理满意度为70.00%,二者存在明显差异(P<0.05);对比不良反应发生率方面,实验组不良反应发生率为8.00%,而参照组不良反应发生率为28.00%,二者存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对于急诊静脉输液异常患儿,实施急救的护理方法,能够缓解患儿的抗拒、恐惧的不良情绪,降低不良反应发生率,对于护理满意度的提高有着显著的积极作用,在临床中具有一定应用的优势与价值。Objective To analyze the value of implementing emergency care in the pediatric patients with abnormal intravenous infusion.Methods From September 2018 to December 2019,100 pediatric patients with abnormal intravenous infusion were divided into the control group and experiment group randomly.There were fifty pa⁃tients in each group respectively.In the control group the patients were implemented with routine medical care,while in the experiment group the patients were implemented with emergency care.The pediatric patients were evaluated by pain in both groups before and after care.At the same time the nursing satisfaction and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared in both groups.Results In the pain scores before and after nursing,the falling range of pain scores in the experiment group was greater than that in the control group and there was a sig⁃nificant difference(P<0.05).For the nursing satisfaction,it was 98.00%in the experiment group and 70.00%in the control group.There was a significant difference in both groups(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reac⁃tions was 8.00%in the experiment group and 28.00%in the control group.There was a significant difference in both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For the pediatric patients with abnormal intravenous infusion,implementing emergency care can relieve the emotion of resistance and fear due to intravenous infusion and decrease the inci⁃dence rate of adverse reactions,thus there was prominent and active efficacy in elevation of nursing satisfaction.It also has advantage and value in application.
