叙事护理干预在创伤性截瘫患者康复期的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察叙事护理干预在创伤性截瘫患者中的应用及疗效。方法选取在我院就诊的创伤性截瘫患者50例,采用随机数表法均分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行叙事护理干预,对比两组患者的护理满意度、护理质量评分、心理状态以及生活质量。结果观察组患者的护理满意度(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),护理质量评分(81.36±1.39分)高于对照组(74.25±2.32分)、心理状态(41.95±2.14)优于对照组(48.87±2.36),生活质量(571.22±30.74分)优于对照组(440.89±30.61分),以上对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤性截瘫患者实施叙事护理干预,可以有效提升患者家属的临床护理满意度,改善患者的护理质量评分及机体心理状态,进而改善其生活质量评分,满足优质护理要求。建议在临床有序推广。Objective To observe the application and efficacy of narrative nursing intervention in patients with trau⁃matic paraplegia.Methods Fifty patients with traumatic paraplegia who attended our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method.The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was given narrative nursing intervention.Results The patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction with care(96.00%)than the control group(76.00%),higher quality of care score(81.36±1.39)than the control group(74.25±2.32),better psychological sta⁃tus(41.95±2.14)than the control group(48.87±2.36),and better quality of life(571.22±30.74)than the control group(440.89±30.61).The above comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implemen⁃tation of narrative nursing intervention for traumatic paraplegic patients can effectively enhance the clinical nurs⁃ing satisfaction of patients and families,improve the quality of care scores and the psychological state of the pa⁃tients,thus improving their quality of life scores and meeting the requirements of quality nursing care.
