摘  要:为了探究AP2/ERF基因家族在小麦基因组中的分布及功能,利用生物信息学方法和小麦全基因组数据信息,在小麦全基因组范围内共鉴定出74个TaAP2/ERF转录因子基因.鉴定所得基因编码的蛋白大多数呈酸性,且大部分被定位在细胞核中,与多数转录因子蛋白相关报道一致.这些基因的启动子区包含多个应答植物激素和环境因子的顺式作用元件,如茉莉酸、脱落酸、光响应、厌氧和低温胁迫等.热图分析发现了6个在生物和非生物胁迫下特异表达的基因:AP2-S基因在非生物胁迫下特异表达;CBFIIId亚家族的3个基因(CBFIIId-B19、CBFIIId-D19和CBFIIId-24.1)结构相同,在非生物胁迫下特异表达;CBFIVb-D21和CBF2基因能够对小麦的病原菌侵染作出响应.To explore the distribution and function of the AP2/ERF gene family in the whole genome of wheat,74 TaAP2/ERF transcription factor genes were identified using bioinformatics methods and wheat genome-wide data. Most of the proteins encoded by the identified genes are acidic,and most of them are located in the nucleus,which are consistent with most transcription factor proteins reported. The promoter region of these genes contains multiple cis-acting elements in response to plant hormones and environmental factors,such as jasmonic acid,abscisic acid,light response,anaerobic and low temperature stress. The results of heat map showed that six AP2/ERF genes express under biotic and abiotic stress:AP2-S only expresses under abiotic stress;CBFIIId-B19,CBFIIId-D19 and CBFIIId-24.1 contain the same gene structure and specifically express under abiotic stress;CBFIVb-D21 and CBF2 are involved in wheat resistance against pathogen infection.
