摘　　要：本文循着土地所有权和经营权归属演变的主线,系统清晰地展现政策演变的历史脉络,深入考察政策制定的动因、主要内容及其影响,总结提炼出中国共产党农村土地政策的基本特点和经验,以求裨益于奋勇激荡的农村改革实践。Following a main line of the evolution of ownership and management of land,this paper systematically and clearly shows the historical context of the evolution of policy,and makes a deep study of the motivation,main content and influence of policy-making.This paper summarizes and extracts the basic characteristics and experiences of the CPC’s rural land policy in order to benefit the vigorous rural reform practice.
