哈尔滨民族航运业发展及其当代价值

摘　　要：哈尔滨地处松花江腹地,其周边有着得天独厚的自然资源。近代以来,晚清政府腐朽无能,帝国主义列强开始觊觎松花江的领水主权及航权,来掠夺更多的资源。无数的仁人志士为挽回松花江航权书写了可歌可泣的历史,创办了戊通公司等一批哈尔滨民族航运企业,但最终都以失败而告终。随着东北日伪政府的成立,哈尔滨民族航运业的发展更是停滞不前。解放战争以后,哈尔滨民族航运业在我们党的领导下开启了新的篇章,不仅有力支援了解放战争,还促进了哈尔滨经济的飞速发展。哈尔滨民族航运业发展的历史是一部在我们党领导下中国人民走向胜利的历史,也是一部经济发展史,更是一部爱国主义教材。Harbin is located in the hinterland of Songhua River,with unique natural resources around it.Since modern times,the late Qing government was corrupt and incompetent,and the imperialist powers began to covet the territorial waters sovereignty and navigation rights of the Songhua River to plunder more resources.Countless people with lofty ideals began to write a moving history in order to recover the navigation right of Songhua River,and founded a number of Harbin national shipping enterprises such as WutongCompany,but they all ended in failure.With the establishment of the Japanese puppet government in Northeast China,the development of Harbin national shipping industry is stagnant.After the war of liberation,Harbin national shipping industry opened a new chapter under the leadership of our party,which not only effectively supported the war of liberation,but also promoted the rapid development of Harbin economy.The history of the development of Harbin’s national shipping industry is not only a history of the Chinese people’s victory under the leadership of our party,but also a history of economic development and a textbook of patriotism.
