补中益气汤联合舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补中益气汤联合舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将98例COPD患者随机分为对照组与观察组各49例。对照组给予舒利迭治疗,观察组给予补中益气汤联合舒利迭治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)水平及第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV_(1)/FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比(FEV_(1)%),并比较2组症状消失时间、治疗总有效率。结果:观察组治疗总效率95.92%,高于对照组81.63%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组各项中医证候积分及总积分,IL-17、IL-23水平均降低(P<0.05),IL-10水平及FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)%均升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后各项中医证候积分及总积分,IL-17、IL-23水平均较低(P<0.05),IL-10水平及FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)%均较高(P<0.05)。观察组白细胞计数恢复正常时间、症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合舒利迭治疗COPD有较好的临床效果,可改善患者临床症状并缩短症状消失时间,对改善炎症因子水平及肺功能也有积极意义。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with Seretide for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 98 cases of COPD patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Seretide,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with Seretide.Chinese medicine syndrome scores,levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-23(IL-23),the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),the ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC),and the percentage of predicted value of FEV_(1)(FEV_(1)%)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The disappearance time of symptoms and total effective rates were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.92%in the observation group,higher than that of81.63%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,each Chinese medicine syndrome score and the total score,as well as the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those in the same group before treatment(P<0.05),and IL-10 levels,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC,and FEV_(1)%were increased(P<0.05).After treatment,each Chinese medicine syndrome score and the total score,as well as the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and IL-10 level,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC,and FEV_(1)%were higher(P<0.05).The recovery time of whit blood cell count and the disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with Seretide has a relatively good clinical effect in the treatment of COPD,which can improve clinical symptoms,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms,and has positive significance in improving the level of inflammatory factors and the lung function.
