摘 要:碳化物是钢中主要的强化析出相,而析出强化可以有效改善钢的强韧性。强磁场作为调控钢中微观组织(包括碳化物)的重要手段已普遍应用到材料领域。目前,关于强磁场下钢中复杂碳化物的结构、磁性及稳定性演变机制取得了一些成果。本文综述了析出相的演变规律,重点介绍了常规条件以及强磁场下碳化物的结构、磁性与稳定性的演变规律;从动力学和热力学角度分析了磁场诱导碳化物析出行为的演变规律,探讨了强磁场作用下碳化物对材料力学性能的影响。最后,针对强磁场调控相析出过程中存在的问题,展望了未来的发展方向。Carbide is the main precipitated phase in steel,and precipitated strengthening can effectively improve the strength and toughness of steel.High magnetic field has been widely used in the field of materials as an important means to regulate the microstructure(including carbides)in steel.At present,some achievements have been made on the evolution mechanism of structure,magnetism and stability of complex carbides in steel under high magnetic field.In this paper,the evolution of precipitates is reviewed,with emphasis on the evolution of structure,magnetism and stability of carbides under conventional conditions and high magnetic field.The evolution of carbide precipitation induced by magnetic field was analyzed from the perspectives of dynamics and thermodynamics,and the effect of carbide on the mechanical properties of materials under strong magnetic field is discussed.Finally,the problems in the process of phase precipitation controlled by high magnetic field are discussed and the future development direction is prospected.
