摘　　要：随着人们对锻炼的愈发重视以及对运动的需求不断提高,运动系统疾病越来越多,肱二头肌长头腱(long head of the biceps tendon,LHBT)损伤是非常常见的运动系统疾病,其症状主要表现为肘部屈曲力量的下降、压痛及运动相关的活动痛。LHBT损伤大致可分为上盂唇前后(superior labrum anterior and posterior,SLAP)损伤、肌腱炎、脱位/半脱位、部分撕裂/断裂。The injuries of the long head of biceps tendon(LHBT)are common in the locomotor system,which often combine with rotator cuff injuries.LHBT injuries can be broadly classified as superior labrum anterior-posterior injuries,tendinitis,subluxation/subluxation,and partial tears/ruptures.The cause of injury is closely related to its adjacent structures,which can be divided into bony and soft tissue structures.Bony structures include interarticular sulcus and acromion,while soft tissue structures include Pulley structures,superior joint capsule and rotator cuff.LHBT often occurs along with other adjacent structures.
