摘　　要：目的汉化下肢缺血患者生活质量量表(VascuQOL)并检验其信效度。方法通过翻译、回译、跨文化调试及预调查形成中文版VascuQOL,选取中国医学科学院北京协和医院收治的220例下肢缺血住院患者进行问卷调查,检验量表的信度和效度。结果下肢缺血患者生活质量量表各条目临界比值(CR)为3.015~15.767;量表所有条目得分与总分间的相关系数为0.461~0.876(P<0.05);条目水平内容效度指数为0.86~1.00,平均0.950;提取特征值>1的公因子4个,累积方差贡献率为66.63%;Bartlett's球形检验显示χ2值为1041.588(P<0.01);Cronbach'sα系数为0.961,各维度的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.788、0.777、0.894、0.925;重测信度为0.929。结论中文版VascuQOL具有良好的信度和效度,适用于中国下肢缺血患者生活质量的测评。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of vascular quality of life questionnaire(VascuQOL).Method The Chinese version of VascuQOL was formed by translation,back translation,cross-cultural adjustment and pre-investigation,and 220 cases of patients with lower extremity ischemia in Chinese Academy of Medical Science,Peking Union Medical College Hospital were selected to conduct the questionnaire to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Result The critical ratio(CR)of each entry in the scale was 3.015-15.767.The correlation coefficients between all entry scores and total scores in the scale were 0.461-0.876(P<0.05).The entry level content validity index was 0.86-1.00 with the mean value of 0.950;four common factors with eigenvalue>1 were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 66.63%;Bartlett's ball test showed thatχ2 value was 1041.588(P<0.01);the Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.961,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficients in each dimension was 0.788,0.777,0.894,and 0.925,respectively,and the retest reliability was 0.929.Conclusion The Chinese version of VascuQOL has good reliability and validity,with is suitable for the assessment of Chinese patients with lower extremity ischemia.
