行政查房在推动公立医院精细化管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的探索完善行政查房模式,为推动公立医院精细化管理提供参考路径。方法从工作主体、内容指标、流程设计、对象选择等4方面完善行政查房模式,并对应用该模式开展实际查房情况进行分析。结果2016年1月—2021年12月北京大学肿瘤医院应用该模式对10个科室开展行政查房,优化要素配置下督办事项67项。其中精细管理议题(25件)最受关注,督办事项整体完成率95.5%,科室高质量发展需求得到较好满足,各项指标显著提升。结论行政查房能够优化要素配置,提升科室和医院管理精细化水平。Objective To explore the improvement of the administrative ward rounds model and provide a reference path for promoting the refined management of public hospitals.Methods To improve the administrative ward rounds model in 4 aspects,including work subject,content index,process design,and object selection,and to analyze the actual ward rounds conducted by applying the model.Results From January 2016 to December 2021,Beijing Cancer Hospital applied the model to perform administrative ward rounds for 10 departments and supervised 67 items under optimized element allocation.Among them,the fine management issues(25 items)were the most concerned,and the overall completion rate of the supervised matters was 95.5%.The needs for high-quality development of the departments were better met,and the indicators were significantly improved.Conclusions Administrative ward rounds can optimize the allocation of elements and enhance the fine management of departments and hospitals.
