摘 要:随着我国碳达峰碳中和目标的提出,油田污水处理设备进一步的减低能耗,对于碳减排和绿色油田开采具有重要意义,过滤工艺是污水处理的重要环节,过滤罐的处理效果直接影响到污水悬浮物的达标,现场加工过滤罐的搅拌器,减少滤料板结成块,实现过滤介质再生,改善过滤效果,减低能耗,提高过滤器使用寿命的主要途径.研究通过ANSYS FLUENT软件对反冲洗设备进行建模和数值模拟,观察搅拌桨对流体的影响,以及搅拌时流体的流动状态,分析了流线和压力的变化情况,从而优化工艺参数,提高反冲洗效果.结果表明,水流稳定后,最大流速位于出口处,可达2.38 m/s;搅拌区域的流线虽然比较紊乱,但是与叶片形状基本上保持一致;水深越深,叶片上的压力越大,在不同时刻不同搅拌角度下,同一高度处叶片的压力波动范围在1 kPa内.With proposal of China′s carbon peak carbon neutral target,the energy consumption of oil field wastewater treatment equipment was further reduced,which was of great significance for carbon emission reduction and green oilfield exploitation.Filtration process was an important part of the sewage treatment.The standard of sewage suspended solids was directly affected by the treatment effect of the filtering.Through the on-site processing of agitators of the filtering tank,the agglomeration of the filter material was reduced and the regeneration of the filter medium was realized.The filter effect was improved,the energy consumption was reduced,which was the main way to extend the service life of the filter.The modeling and numerical simulation of backwashing equipment were carried out by ANSYS Fluent software.The influence of the impeller on the fluid and the flow state of the fluid during agitation were observed,and the changes of streamline and pressure were analyzed,so as to optimize the process parameters and improve the backwash effect.The simulationresults showed that the maximum flow velocity was located at the exit and can reach 2.38 m/s after the flow was stable.Although the flow line of the stirring area was relatively chaotic,it was basically consistent with the blade shape.The deeper the water depth was,the greater the pressure on the blade was.Under different times and stirring angles,the pressure surge range was within 1kPa at the same height of the blade.
