摘　　要：Poppy,the main raw material for making and extracting of opium,its extract is also a source of various sedatives,such as morphine,thebaine,codeine,papaverine,and noscapine.The Papaveraceae Papaver genus plant was once used as a medicine in the history of traditional Chinese medicine.
