摘　　要：文章主要针对某城市供水企业的现状,进行了系统需求分析,总体设计遵循SOA架构,以MapGIS为开发平台、已有地形数据和管网数据为基础,设计了包括地图编缉、网络编辑与分析、栅格分析、数据分析与处理等功能模块,以及C/S系统、B/S系统、内外业一体化采集系统、管网维修工单系统,基本满足该供水企业的日常生产和管理需求。This paper mainly aims at the present situation of a city water supply enterprise,carries on the system demand analysis.The overall design follows the SOA framework,takes the MapGIS as the development platform,the existing topographic data and pipe network data as the foundation,designs the function modules including map compiling,network editing and analyzing,raster analyzing,data analyzing and processing and so on,as well as C/S system,B/S system,inner and outer work integration collecting system,pipeline network maintenance work list system.The daily production and management needs of the water supply enterprise are basically satisfied.
