摘 要:通过对海南医学院第一附属医院项目高效制冷机房的设计,详细介绍了冷热源系统设计、输配系统设计、制冷机房系统全年平均设计能效比计算及碳排放计算。选用四管制空气源热泵作为热源,冷源侧接入制冷系统免费供冷,降低制冷主机投资。该项目配置二级泵系统,通过精细化设计,制冷机房系统全年平均设计能效比达到5.49,相较于常规设计制冷机房碳排放量减少2 502 t/a。Based on the design of the high-efficiency refrigeration plant room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University,the cold and heat source system design,the transmission and distribution system design,the calculation of the annual average design energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration plant room system and the calculation of carbon emission are presented in detail.The four pipe air-source heat pumps are selected to provide heat source.The cold source side is connected to the refrigeration system for free cooling,so as to save the investment of the refrigeration host.This project is equipped with secondary pump system.Through refined engineering design,the annual average design energy efficiency ratio of the refrigeration plant room system reaches 5.49,and the carbon emission of the refrigeration plant room is reduced by 2 502 t/a compared to conventional systems.
