摘 要:为了在建筑热模拟软件DeST中实现通断控制的空调末端与建筑房间的热耦合模拟计算,基于DeST软件内核中的基础室温,建立了小时间步长条件下通断调节空调末端供冷热量与室内温度的热耦合仿真模型。将该模型的模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比,证明该模型可以较准确地模拟受控风机盘管末端供冷下房间的温度变化规律。使用该模型对一个建筑进行了模拟仿真,与非房间耦合模型进行了对比,结果显示,该模型能更真实地反映空调末端受控情况下的通断情况及房间温度的实时变化情况。In order to realize the thermal coupling simulation calculation between the air conditioning terminal with on-off control and the building in the thermal simulation software DeST,based on the basic room temperature in the DeST software kernel,this paper establishes a thermal coupling simulation model of the cooling and heating capacity of the air conditioning terminal with on-off control and the indoor temperature under the condition of a small time step.The simulation results of the model are compared with the experimental results,and it is proved that the model can accurately simulate the indoor temperature change under the controlled fan-coil unit cooling.The model is used to simulate a building and compared with the uncoupled model.The results show that the model can more truly reflect the on-off situation of the controlled air conditioning terminal and the real-time change of the indoor temperature.
