摘　　要：总结了在新冠肺炎疫情防控情况下,北京延庆冬奥村/冬残奥村综合诊所的护理管理架构、制度建设、质量控制、流程改造、人力调配、疫情防控、培训考核等7个方面所做的工作。通过护理保障体系的构建和实施,高质量完成了国际大型体育赛事的医疗护理保障工作,使综合诊所各项工作顺畅运转。In this paper,we summarized the efforts made by Beijing Yanqing Winter Olympic Village polyclinic in seven nursing areas,including management structure,system construction,quality control,process transformation,workforce deployment,epidemic prevention and control,training and assessment under the prevention and control of COVID-19.Through the construction and implementation of the nursing security system,the medical security work of international large-scale sports events has been completed with high quality,making the polyclinic work run smoothly.
