摘　　要：报告1例棘层松解性皮病。患者女,32岁。外阴及肛周出现丘疹12年,无明显疼痛和瘙痒。皮肤科检查:双侧大阴唇、肛周、会阴及大腿内侧多发米粒至绿豆大灰白色至肤色扁平丘疹,孤立或成群分布。外生殖器部位皮损组织病理检查:表皮多灶性角化过度及角化不全,棘细胞松解。诊断:外生殖器部位的棘层松解性皮病。A case of acantholytic acanthoma is reported.A 32-year-old female presented with papules around the vulva and anus for 12 years,without pain and itching.Dermatological examination showed multiple grayish white to skin-colored flat papules,isolated or clustered on bilateral labia majora,perianal area,perineum and inner thighs.Histopathological examination revealed multifocal hyperkeratosis and hyperkeratosis of the epidermis with spiny cell loosening.The diagnosis of acantholytic acanthoma was made.
