摘 要:[目的/意义]新兴机会的精准识别已成为数字化时代探索前沿性技术与市场并实现价值转化的关键,但是当前缺乏不同创新情境下新兴机会识别研究,且识别过程受主观因素影响,因此提出“空白点识别—新兴机会集甄选—多维评测”三阶段新兴机会识别框架具有一定的参考价值。[方法/过程]首先,基于生成式拓朴映射(GTM)实现技术专利与技术需求地图可视化与空白点的客观释义。其次,依据技术寄生理论与机会互惠思想,明晰桥接的起点与朝向,并以此划分创新情境,利用SimRank算法遴选其对应新兴机会集。最后,设计多维评测指标体系并利用投影寻踪测算维度权重,以有效识别不同创新情境主导维度。[结果/结论]以碳纤维领域为研究对象,证实了新兴机会识别框架与方法的可行性与有效性。明确不同创新情境主导维度,科学识别不同创新情境下碳纤维领域的新兴机会及其开发优先序。[Purpose/significance] Accurate identification of emerging opportunities has become the key to explore frontier technologies markets and realize value transformation in the digital era.In view of the lack of research on emerging opportunity identification in different configurations,and the identification process is influenced by subjective factors.The three-stage emerging opportunity identification framework of “vacuum identification-emerging opportunity set selection-multi-dimensional evaluation” has certain reference value.[Method/process] Firstly,GTM is used to visualize technology patent map and technology demand map and interpret vacuums objectively.Secondly,according to the theory of technology parasitism and opportunity mutualism,the starting point and orientation of the bridge are clarified to divide the innovation configurations,and SimRank algorithm was used to select the corresponding emerging opportunity sets.Finally,a multi-dimensional evaluation index system is designed and the dimension weights are calculated by projection pursuit method to effectively identify the dominant dimension under different innovation configurations.[Result/conclusion] The feasibility and effectiveness of the emerging opportunity identification framework and methods are verified in the carbon fiber field.The dominant dimensions of different innovation configurations were clarified,and the emerging opportunities and development priorities in carbon fiber fields under different innovation configurations were scientifically identified.
