摘  要:针对电阻式振动传感器信号调理的需求,文中设计一种多通道、多层结构、恒流源与增益以及低通滤波可程控的振动信号前端调理模块。根据性能指标要求和电阻式振动传感器特点,提出调理模块的总体设计方案。硬件方面,加入可程控低通滤波器和程控增益放大,以增强调理模块在不同振动环境下的适用性;软件方面,采用MEGA系列单片机作为主控,结合DA芯片来实现整个主控电路的设计。振动信号经过恒流源转化为电压信号,再进行程控增益与滤波处理后进入ADC做模/数转换,最终进入上位机进行处理分析。对前端调理模块性能的系统测试结果表明,调理模块能够满足设计指标需求,并且运用JFET构建增益可调,频带可重构,运用Qt语言开发对应上位机,使用方便、成本低。该模块已在国内某研究所项目中得到应用。A vibration signal front-end conditioning module with multi-channel,multi-layer structure,constant current source,gain and program-controlled low-pass filter is designed to meet the demand of signal conditioning of resistance-type vibration sensor. The overall design scheme of the conditioning module is proposed according to the requirements of performance indexes and the characteristics of the resistance-type vibration sensor. In the hardware part,program-controlled low-pass filter and program-controlled gain amplifier are added to enhance the applicability of the conditioning module in different vibration environments. In the software part,the MEGA series microcontroller is used as the main control device,and combined with DA chip to realize the design of whole main control circuit. The vibration signal is transformed into voltage signal by means of the constant current source to conduct analog-to-digital conversion in ADC after the program-controlled gain and filter processing,and then it is transmitted into the upper computer for the processing and analysis. The performance testing result of the front-end conditioning module shows that the conditioning module can meet the requirements of design indicators,and realize variable gain and reconfigurable frequency band by means of JFET,develop corresponding upper computer by using Qt language,and has convenient operation and low cost. It has been applied to a project of a research institute in China.
