摘 要:针对现有喷水推进装置闭环控制系统模型灵活性差、建模过程复杂等问题,文中提出一种基于AMESim(Advanced Modeling Environment for Simulations of engineering systems)的系统建模与仿真方法。首先,分析喷水推进装置闭环控制系统工作原理,根据各个部件的连续性方程,采用AMESim分别搭建比例换向阀-压力补偿器机构模块和液压缸-操舵机构模块,并基于系统传递函数构建闭环控制系统的仿真模型;然后,结合实际工程要求,逐一对系统仿真模型的关键部件参数进行设置;最后在仿真模型验证阶段,使用阶跃信号作为输入,并将液压泵泄露和液压管路堵塞等两种典型故障注入到模型中。仿真结果表明,所构建的模型可以准确地反映喷水推进装置闭环控制系统的运行情况,将AMESim平台引入到喷水推进装置闭环控制系统的系统构建及故障注入中,能够显著提升建模效率。A system modeling and simulation method based on AMESim(advanced modeling environment for simulations of engineering systems)is proposed to solve the problems of poor flexibility and complicated modeling process in the existing closedloop system for naval water jet propeller. The working principle of the closed-loop control system for marine water jet propeller is analyzed. AMESim is used to build the proportional reversing valve-pressure compensator mechanism module and the hydraulic cylinder-steering mechanism module respectively according to the continuity equations of each component,and the simulation model of the closed-loop control system is constructed based on the system transfer function. According to the actual engineering requirements,the parameters of key components of the system simulation model are set one by one. In the validation phase of the simulation model,the step signal is used as input,and two typical faults of hydraulic pump leakage and hydraulic line blockage are injected into the model. The simulation results show that the constructed model can accurately reflect the operation status of the closed-loop control system for naval water jet propeller. The introduction of the AMESim platform to the system construction and fault injection of closed-loop control system for naval water jet propeller can greatly improve the modelling efficiency.
