摘　　要：为了从产业链视角出发,分析特定区域特定产业在产业链中的上游、中游以及下游的竞争态势表现,并判断各节点主体在发展自身技术竞争力时是否具备完善的科研团队、核心专利技术、科技成果等创新要素,客观呈现该产业的全貌,文中设计一种产业链创新要素可视化分析系统。该系统主要包括前台展示模块和后台管理模块,前台展示模块分为产业链介绍、产业链构成、产业链数据库和产业链检测评价四个部分。通过该系统可以清晰地了解河北省相关产业发展的状况,评估河北省相关产业的创新能力以及创新短板。文中研究对于理清河北省特定产业的主要企业在产业链上的位置,明确自身竞争优势和发展短板,借力京津冀一体化背景补足自身缺点以实现资源的优化配置和全产业链的环环对接,推动河北省产业的高质量发展具有重要的意义。In order to analyze the competitive situation of specific industries in specific regions in the upstream,midstream and downstream of the industrial chain from the perspective of industrial chain,and judge whether each node subject has perfect scientific research team,core patented technology,scientific and technological achievements and other innovative elements when developing its own technological competitiveness and objectively present the overall picture of the industry,a visual analysis system for industrial chain innovation elements is designed. The system mainly includes the foreground display module and the background management module. The foreground display model is divided into four modules: industrial chain introduction,industrial chain composition,industrial chain database and industrial chain detection and evaluation. This system can be used to clearly understand the development of relevant industries in Hebei Province,evaluate the innovation ability and innovation weakness of relevant industries in Hebei Province,clarify the position of major enterprises in specific industries in Hebei Province in the industrial chain. This research is of great significance for clarifying the position of major enterprises in specific industries in Hebei Province in the industrial chain,clarifying their own competitive advantages and development weaknesses,making use of the background of Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration to complement their own shortcomings,so as to realize the optimal allocation of resources and the link of the whole industrial chain,and promoting the high-quality development of industries in Hebei Province.
