摘 要:针对电离层探测领域的应用,区别于传统电离层探测接收机设备专机专用、功能单一、通用性差的特点,文中基于软件无线电思想,设计一种适用于甚低频到高频的宽带多功能数字接收机。结合电离层探测波形体制和当前器件的发展水平,使用ADS软件辅以设计,实现超外差架构的宽带射频前端,严格保证带内增益的最佳平坦度。其次,详细介绍波形激励模块和多速率数据处理模块等关键技术,同时给出接收机指标的实际测试结果。接收机具有高灵敏度、高动态范围、低噪声系数等特点,与预期设计具有良好的一致性。最后分别给出接收机在高频段和甚低频段的探测结果,实践表明,在同一接收机平台下,系统既能实现甚低频接收,也能够实现高频电离层探测。新的宽度多功能数字接收机具有的适用性和可靠性,能够更好地满足目前电离层探测的需要。In allusion to the features of the traditional ionosphere detection receiver equipment of special device for special use,single function and poor universality,a broadband multi-functional digital receiver suitable for VLF(very low frequency)to HF(high frequency) is designed and implemented based on the idea of software radio. Combined with the ionospheric detection waveform system and the current device development level,the broadband RF(radio frequency) front-end with superheterodyne architecture is realized by means of the design of ADS software,and the best flatness of in band gain is strictly guaranteed. The key technologies such as waveform excitation module and multi rate data processing module are introduced in detail. At the same time,the actual test results of the receiver are given. The receiver has the characteristics of high sensitivity,high dynamic range and low noise figure,and has good consistency with the expected design. The detection results of the receiver in HF band and VLF band are given. The practice results show that the system can realize both VLF reception and HF ionosphere detection under the same receiver platform. The applicability and reliability of the new wide multifunctional digital receiver can better meet the needs of ionospheric detection.
