摘　　要：本文通过定性研究方法探讨在技术写作课堂上如何运用商务便函来提高大学生的跨文化交际能力。研究发现:1)通过阅读和反思,学生可以增加跨文化交际的意识和相关知识;2)教师利用真实情景中的商务便函写作可以有效培养学生在未来职场中的跨文化交际能力。This paper reports on a qualitative study that reveals how implementing intercultural business memo into a technical writing class can improve college students’ intercultural communication competence. The study bears two findings: 1) through reading and reflection, students could enhance their awareness and knowledge towards intercultural communication;and 2) it is effective for teachers to employ business memo in real life to help cultivate students’ competence of intercultural communication in future workplace.
