摘　　要：针对样本均值及样本中位数的不足,文章提出了基于基尼系数的位置参数的一种新的估计方法。数值模拟的结果显示,所提方法几乎不受离群值的影响,比算术平均值更稳健。特别地,若数据分布是正态的,则新平均值、算术平均值及样本中位数是一致的。并且作为应用,给出了2018—2020年全国居民人均可支配收入平均值的新估计,并与公布的数据进行了比较。Aiming at the inadequacy of sample mean and sample median,this paper proposes a new estimation method for location parameter based on Gini coefficient.The results of numerical simulation show that the proposed method is almost unaffected by outliers,more robust than the arithmetic mean.In particular,if the data distribution is normal,the new estimates,sample mean and sample median are consistent.In addition,for application,the paper presents a new estimate of the national average per capita disposable income from 2018 to 2020,and makes a comparison with published data.
