摘 要:以某污水处理厂沉井工程为案例,分析沉井施工技术。总结并推导计算了全阶段太沙基一维固结模型在沉井验算中的应用,通过分析对比得出考虑土体固结效应的全阶段沉井沉降情况;结合大量工程实践分析了指数荷载最为接近沉井的主动力的受力过程,并对比了起沉阶段、中间沉井阶段以及终沉阶段的沉降土体受力与沉降作用时间的关系,三者皆为同一变化趋势,并呈现出先升后降的整体规律。最后提出考虑不同土层物理性质的连续沉降控制和有顶管接驳情况下的沉井下沉控制,引出接驳差异乘数,以更好的描述实际沉井工况,对于工程施工计算和设计都有参考意义。Taking the caisson project of a sewage treatment plant as a case, the construction technology of the caisson is analyzed. Summarized and deduced the application of the full-stage Terzaghi one-dimensional consolidation model in the re-caisson check calculation, and obtained the settlement of the fullstage caisson considering the soil consolidation effect through analysis and comparison. Combined with a large number of engineering practices, the exponential load was analyzed. The force process that is closest to the main force of the caisson, and the relationship between the subsidence soil force and the settlement time in the start-up stage, the intermediate caisson stage, and the final subsidence stage is compared. The overall rule of first rising and then general. Finally, the continuous subsidence control considering the physical properties of different soil layers and the caisson subsidence control in the case of pipe jacking are proposed,and the connection difference multiplier is derived to better describe the actual caisson conditions.
