摘 要:随着我国隧道建设的快速发展,公路隧道建设也趋向于施工工期更短、施工质量更好、施工技术要求更高的装配化方向发展。基于公路隧道装配化衬砌的研究,根据影响因素,建立多工况下有限元模型,对装配式衬砌荷载分担比展开研究,对比实测值与经验值,得到了不同围岩、不同装配时机下支护结构的响应情况及衬砌的荷载分担规律,并给出了装配式衬砌荷载分担比建议值,研究成果可为装配式衬砌相关设计和研究提供参考和指导。With the sharp development of tunnel construction, highway tunnel construction also tends to be assembled with shorter construction period, better construction quality, and higher construction technology requirements. Based on the research of highway tunnel assembly lining, explores the load sharing ratio of assembly lining, establishes models under different buried depths, different levels of surrounding rock, and different assembly timing conditions, and uses tunnel monitoring data analysis and existing research results analysis As well as numerical simulation methods, the response of the supporting structure and the load sharing law of the lining under different surrounding rock conditions and different time and space effects are obtained, and the recommended value of the load sharing ratio of the prefabricated lining is given. The research results can be similar to the prefabricated lining. Provide reference for lining design and research.
