摘 要:近年来,青少年心理健康问题的研究不断深入,职业高中学生的心理健康受到人们的普遍注意。以齐齐哈尔市三所职业高中学校学生为研究对象,采用王极盛教授编制的中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)作为测量工具进行心理健康状况调查。调查研究中齐齐哈尔市职高学生心理问题的总检出率为38.2%,其中中度以上心理问题占5.6%。总检出率较高,但中度以上心理问题检出率较低,总体情况良好。各维度方面,学习压力均分最高,其次是焦虑症状,然后是人际关系紧张和敏感症状。由此可见,学习压力、焦虑、人际关系问题是齐齐哈尔市职高学生面临的主要问题。In recent years,the research on the mental health of teenagers has been deepening,and the mental health of vocational high school students has attracted widespread attention.In this research paper,the author chooses three vocational high school students of Qiqihar as research objects and uses middle school students mental health scale(MSSMHS)formulated by Wang Jisheng as the measuring tool to survey students'mental health status.According to the survey,the rate of those who suffer mental health problem is 38.2%in Qiqihar vocational high school,and the rate of those who suffer moderate mental health problem is 5.6%.The total detectable rate is higher than others,but the moderate detectable rate is low,and the overall situation is better than expected.The average score of study stress is the highest in all dimensions.The average score of anxiety ranks second.The average score of nervous and sensitive interpersonal relationship ranks third.In one word,the study stress,anxiety,nervous and sensitive interpersonal relationship are the main problems that Qiqihar vocational high school students face.
