摘 要:采用CuCl_(2)对ZSM-5分子筛掺杂改性制得CuCl_(2)-ZSM-5分子筛脱汞吸附剂,通过脱汞反应系统测试其对气相零价汞的吸附性能,并考察其在吸附剂投加量、吸附反应温度、气流流量等因素下吸附Hg^(0)的动力学实验和动力学模型。结果表明:改性后的CuCl_(2)-ZSM-5分子筛可以显著提高对Hg^(0)的脱除性能。考虑吸附剂投加量、反应温度、气流流量等因素变化对脱汞动力学的影响结果发现,准一级和准二级动力学模型和实验数据拟合均有较好的线性相关性,说明Hg^(0)在CuCl_(2)-ZSM-5分子筛中的吸附过程包含物理、化学多类型吸附。CuCl_(2)-ZSM-5 molecular sieve mercury removal adsorbent was prepared by doping and modifying ZSM-5 molecular sieve with CuCl_(2).The adsorption performance of CuCl_(2)-ZSM-5 molecular sieve for gaseous zero valent mercury was tested by mercury removal reaction system,and the kinetic experiment and kinetic model of Hg^(0)adsorption under the factors of adsorbent dosage,adsorption reaction temperature and gas flow were investigated.The results show that the modified CuCl_(2)-ZSM-5 molecular sieve can significantly improve the removal performance of Hg^(0).Considering the influence of adsorbent dosage,reaction temperature,gas flow rate and other factors on mercury removal kinetics,it is found that the quasi first-order and quasi second-order kinetic models have good linear correlation with the experimental data fitting,indicating that the adsorption process of Hg^(0)in CuCl_(2)-ZSM-5 molecular sieve includes physical and chemical adsorption.
