摘 要:随着我国建筑体量、数量的不断发展,建筑能源消耗逐渐成为一项重点关注的内容,需要不断发展建筑材料、技术来控制建筑能耗。首先分析了气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩的结构特性,结合试验具体研究了气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩轻质混凝土的保温效果及其单独房间能耗。研究结果表明:(1)气凝胶膨胀珍珠岩保温材料较膨胀珍珠岩保温材料能够实现25.6%的节能率。(2)试验所用轻质混凝土试件,其导热系数为0.06 W/(m·K),抗压强度达到4.4 MPa。With the continuous development of building volume and quantity in China, building energy consumption has gradually become a focus of attention. It is necessary to continuously develop building materials and technologies to control building energy consumption. In this paper, the structure of aerogel expanded perlite is analyzed, and the thermal insulation effect of aerogel expanded perlite lightweight concrete and its energy consumption in a single room are investigated by means of experiments. The results show that :(1)compared with the expanded perlite thermal insulation material, the aerogel-expanded perlite thermal insulation material can achieve 25.6% energy saving rate.(2) Lightweight concrete specimens with thermal conductivity lower than 0.06 W/(m·K) and compressive strength up to 4.4 MPa can be prepared.
