摘　　要：云式除尘技术是一种新型除尘技术,利用超声波雾化技术使雾滴以细颗粒物为凝结核,通过超重力作用使得含湿颗粒快速凝结并沉降,从而高效脱除细颗粒物。本研究采用扩散渗析和反渗透两种膜处理方法对云式除尘系统产生的高浓度含酸废水进行酸液回收,采用中和沉淀法去除废液中的金属离子,对中和后的高盐废水进行浓缩。Cloud dust removal technology is a new type of dust removal technology. It uses ultrasonic atomization technology to make mist droplets take fine particles as condensation nuclei, and through the action of supergravity, wet particles can quickly condense and settle, so as to efficiently remove fine particles. At present, it has been successfully used in industrial fields such as smoke and dust control in power plant transfer stations and kiln head dust treatment in cement plants.
