摘  要:探究了数控加工工艺在闭式导叶轮生产中的应用。首先概述了闭式导叶轮的数控加工流程以及刀具选择要点。随后重点分析了深流道加工技术和刀具振动的减缓措施。分析认为,通过控制切削深度、恒定线速度和调节每齿进给量,能够有效减缓刀具振动,从而提高闭式导叶轮的加工质量。最后使用测量仪器分别对流道型线和外表粗糙度进行检测。结果显示均满足设计图纸要求,说明分片分段侧铣加工工艺下生产出来的闭式导叶轮能够满足使用要求。Explores the application of NC machining technology in the production of closed guide impeller.Firstly, the nc machining process of closed guide impeller and the key points of tool selection are summarized.Then the deep runner machining technology and tool vibration mitigation measures are analyzed. The analysis shows that the tool vibration can be effectively reduced by controlling the cutting depth, constant linear speed and adjusting the feed per tooth, so as to improve the machining quality of closed guide impeller. Finally, the flow channel profile and surface roughness were measured by measuring instrument. The results show that all of them meet the requirements of the design drawings, indicating that the closed guide impeller produced by the process of sectional side milling can meet the requirements of use.
