摘 要:目的:研究隧道地层施工中注浆预加固技术的应用。方法:以某隧道地层施工项目为例,根据相关文献,以及工程注浆预加固技术应用经验,设计注浆厚度为0.35 m、0.55 m、0.85 m、1.15 m、1.45 m、1.75 m 6种工况。通过施工准备、布孔、钻进、水泥砂浆制备、注浆预加固、孔口补浆以及封孔施工,对施工后不同工况下隧道地层注浆预加固效果进行检验,比对不同工况下隧道围岩下沉量、位移量以及抗剪强度。结果:注浆厚度为1.15 m时,隧道地层注浆预加固效果最好。结论:在隧道地层注浆预加固技术应用过程中,需要将注浆厚度严格控制在1.15 m左右,以此保证隧道地层施工质量。Objective: To study the application of grouting pre-reinforcement technology in tunnel stratum construction. Method: Taking a tunnel stratum construction project as an example, according to the relevant literature and the application experience of engineering grouting pre-reinforcement technology, the design grouting thickness is 0.35 m, 0.55 m, 0.85 m, 1.15 m, 1.45 m, 1.75 m six kinds of work. condition. Through construction preparation, hole layout, drilling, cement mortar preparation, grouting pre-reinforcement, hole filling and hole sealing construction, the effect of grouting pre-reinforcement of tunnel strata under different working conditions after construction is tested, and different working conditions are compared. Subsidence, displacement and shear strength of surrounding rock in the lower tunnel. Results: When the grouting thickness is 1.15m,the pre-reinforcement effect of grouting in tunnel formation is the best. Conclusion: During the application of grouting pre-reinforcement technology in tunnel strata, the grouting thickness needs to be strictly controlled at about 1.15m to ensure the construction quality of tunnel strata.
