摘  要:现代高层建筑中普遍使用超长超厚筏板基础。在浇筑混凝土后,如何避免大体积混凝土出现裂缝是决定施工质量管理的关键因素。推广使用无缝施工技术,进行大体积混凝土的温度监测和控制,将混凝土内外温度差控制在一定范围内,可以避免温差裂缝,从而达到无缝施工的标准。以某写字楼工程为例,分别从混凝土物料的优选、配合比的科学设计,以及混凝土浇筑与养护管理、温度监测和控制等角度,概述了无缝施工技术的应用策略,为提高筏板基础施工质量、保证高层建筑结构安全起到了一定帮助。Ultra-long and ultra-thick raft foundations are commonly used in modern high-rise buildings.After the concrete is poured, how to avoid cracks in the mass concrete is a key factor determining the construction quality management. Promote the use of seamless construction technology to monitor and control the temperature of large-volume concrete, and control the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete within a certain range, which can avoid temperature difference cracks and achieve the standard of seamless construction. Taking an office building project as an example, this paper summarizes the application strategy of seamless construction technology from the perspectives of concrete material optimization,scientific design of mix ratio, concrete pouring and maintenance management, temperature monitoring and control, etc. Construction quality and ensuring the structural safety of high-rise buildings have played a role.
