摘　　要：机车散热器制作完成后对铜管进行预膜处理,以增加机车散热器铜管内壁的抗腐蚀性能。为了了解预膜处理后的效果,制作相应的样件进行实验研究和对比分析,确定预膜处理工艺是否可以在机车冷却散热器产品中推广应用。After the locomotive radiator is made, the copper tube is pre-filmed to increase the corrosion resistance of the inner wall of the locomotive radiator copper tube. In order to understand the effect of prefilm treatment, make corresponding samples for experimental research and comparative analysis to determine whether the pre-film treatment process can be popularized and applied in locomotive cooling radiator products.
