脾气虚证中医证候量化诊断标准的研究进展

摘　　要：脾气虚证为临床疾病的基础证型之一,其证候诊断标准的研究一直备受关注。该文整理了脾气虚证证候诊断标准的发展脉络、脾气虚证量化诊断标准的研究进展及脾气虚证的证候量化研究进展,从定性诊断、量化分级及微观指标等多个方面进行分析,从临床应用及临床试验角度评述目前脾气虚证的证候诊断概况。认为今后有关脾气虚证的量化研究应重在开展有证候定量依据的临床应用型研究,并从中医整体观出发,利用系统生物学挖掘脾气虚证本质,为验证证候量化诊断标准提供客观指标。Spleen-qi deficiency syndrome is one of the basic syndromes of the clinical diseases,and the research on the diagnostic criteria for spleen-qi deficiency syndrome has always been concerned.This article sorted out the development process of the diagnostic criteria for spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,and reviewed the progress in the research on quantitative diagnostic criteria of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome and the progress in the research on the quantification of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome.The development process of the diagnostic criteria for spleen-qi deficiency syndrome was analyzed from the aspects of qualitative diagnosis,quantitative classification and microscopic indicators at the levels of clinical application and clinical trials.It is believed that future quantitative research of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome should focus on clinical application-based studies with quantitative evidence of syndromes,and the essence of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome can be revealed by using systems biology from a holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide objective indicators to verify quantitative diagnostic criteria of the syndromes.
