摘  要:为解决单粒级粉煤灰陶粒混凝土抗压强度低且和易性较差的问题,探究多粒级粗骨料级配对粉煤灰陶粒混凝土性能的影响,采用紧密堆积理论指导的多种连续级配和间断级配理论进行陶粒混凝土多级配设计,并进行强度及流动性试验,对其破坏形态及破坏原因进行了合理分析,通过关联级配和包裹骨料的水泥浆与水泥浆总体积之比,探究了粉煤灰陶粒混凝土抗压强度与其级配选择的理论联系,就粉煤灰陶粒混凝土的连续级配和间断级配设计,提出了相应的结论和建议。In order to solve the problem of low compressive strength and poor workability of single size fly ash ceramsite concrete,and to explore the influence of multi-level coarse aggregate gradation on the performance of fly ash ceramsite concrete,the multi-stage mix design of ceramsite concrete was carried out by using multiple continuous grading and discontinuous grading theories guided by the packing theory,both strength and fluidity tests were carried out.It makes a reasonable analysis of fly ash ceramsite concrete on its failure forms and causes,explores the theoretical relationship between the compressive strength of fly ash ceramsite concrete and its gradation selection through the correlation gradation and the ratio of cement slurry to the total volume of cement slurry wrapping aggregate,and puts forward corresponding conclusions and suggestions on the design of continuous gradation and discontinuous gradation of fly ash ceramsite concrete.
