摘  要:采用再生粗骨料全部或部分替代天然骨料,并加入废弃地毯纤维作为增强纤维制备废弃纤维再生混凝土。设计正交试验,通过极差和方差分析法研究水灰比、再生骨料取代率、废弃纤维体积掺入量三个因素三个水平对劈裂抗拉强度的影响。试验结果表明,水灰比对劈裂抗拉强度影响显著,其次为废弃纤维体积掺入量。随着再生骨料取代率的增加劈裂抗拉强度减小,加入废弃纤维可以有效提高再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度。废弃纤维再生混凝土制备的较优组合为水灰比0.45,再生骨料取代率50%,废弃纤维体积掺入量0.12%。建立了废弃纤维再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度多因素线性回归模型,验证了模型的适用性和准确性,并通过权重评价各因素的影响规律。The research object is waste fiber recycled concrete.Waste fiber recycled concrete is prepared by replacing all or part of natural aggregates with recycled coarse aggregates and adding waste carpet fibers as reinforcement fibers.Based on the design of orthogonal experiment,the range analysis and variance analysis were used.The influence of water-cement ratio,replacement ratio of recycled aggregates and waste fiber volume on splitting tensile strength was studied.The results show that the water-cement ratio has a significant effect on the splitting tensile strength,followed by the waste fiber volume.With the increase of replacement rate of recycled aggregates,the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete decreases,and the addition of waste fibers can effectively improve the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete.The optimal combination of recycled concrete with waste fiber is 0.45 water cement ratio,50% recycled aggregate replacement rate and 0.12% waste fiber volume.The multi factor linear regression model of splitting tensile strength of waste fiber recycled concrete was established to verify the applicability and accuracy of the model,and the influence law of factors is evaluated by weight.
