摘 要:针对C40山砂混凝土坍落度损失严重的问题,进行了高含泥量波动山砂混凝土配合比设计新方法的研究。在保证拌合物包裹性良好且尽量降低混凝土总含泥量条件下经试拌确定了合理砂率降低幅度,并对设计的混凝土工作性能和强度进行了验证。结果表明:以山砂平均含泥量2.5%及其对应砂率35%为基准,进行外加剂组分设计和W/B计算。再按含泥量每增加(或降低)1.0%对应砂率降低(或增加)1.0%幅度方式调整混凝土合理砂率,同时对外加剂掺量进行调整。该混凝土配合比设计方法能有效解决外加剂与1.0%~4.0%范围含泥量波动山砂的适应性问题,并能降低山砂含泥量波动对C40混凝土强度的不利影响。Aiming at the serious slump loss of C40 rock sand concrete,a new method for designing high mud content fluctuating rock sand concrete mix ratio was studied.The reasonable sand rate reduction was determined by trial mixing under the condition of ensuring good inclusion of the mix and minimizing the total mud content of the concrete,and the working performance and strength of the designed concrete were verified.The results show that based on the average mud content of rock sand 2.5% and the corresponding sand ratio 35%,the admixture component design and W/B ratio calculation are carried out.Then adjust the reasonable sand ratio of concrete according to the 1.0% increase(or decrease)of the mud content corresponding to the 1.0% decrease(or increase)of the sand ratio,and adjust the amount of external additives.The concrete mix design method can effectively solve the adaptability problem of the admixture and the mud content fluctuation rock sand in the range of 1.0%~4.0%,and can reduce the adverse effect of the mud content fluctuation of the rock sand on the strength of C40 concrete.
