摘 要:提出了EPS/XPS复合再生骨料混凝土保温砌块的的设计方法,并通过ABAQUS有限元软件进行数值模拟,分析了不同保温材料砌块和墙体的热工性能并与试验测试值进行对比。结果表明:ABAQUS有限元模拟软件具有较高的准确性,采用有限元热流法计算砌块的热阻值要比传统理论方法更为简便和准确,XPS保温砌块的热阻值要比EPS保温砌块高4.9%,在考虑灰缝影响系数为1.25的情况下,数值模拟得到的XPS保温墙板的传热系数为0.40 W/(m·K),与热箱试验实测值仅存在6%的偏差。The design method of EPS/X PS composite recycled aggregate concrete insulation blocks is proposed,and numerical simulations are carried out by ABAQUS finite element software to analyse the thermal performance of blocks and walls with different insulation materials and compare them with experimental test values.The results show that the ABAQUS finite element simulation software is highly accurate and the thermal resistance of the blocks is easier and more accurate than the traditional theoretical method using the finite element heat flow method.The thermal resistance of XPS insulation block is 4.9% higher than that of EPS insulation block.Under the condition that the influence coefficient of ash joints is 1.25,the heat transfer coefficient of XPS insulation wall panel obtained by numerical simulation is 0.40,which is only 6% different from the measured value of hot box test.
