摘  要:半刚性基层水泥混凝土路面在动水压力作用下易产生溶蚀脱空病害,导致路面疲劳寿命急剧下降。为了研究溶蚀脱空病害下水泥混凝土路面预防性养护的合理时机与重点养护区域,采用动水冲刷进行溶蚀试验和脱空试验,研究了半刚性基层的溶蚀作用及造成水泥混凝土路面脱空的影响因素,提出了基于脱空的水泥路面防治与养护最佳时机。研究结果表明:动水压力作用会溶出半刚性基层中的钙离子,致使基层内部孔洞增大、强度降低,增加路面脱空发生的机率,增加水泥掺量可以减轻动水溶蚀的危害;对于板角脱空病害,轴载越大、脱空面积越大、路面厚度越小,脱空发生的概率和危害越大;针对脱空病害的养护防治应当在路面脱空半径小于0.4 m,脱空率低于16.5%时进行。同时水泥路面角隅处受到脱空损害更大,在养护时应重点关注。The cement concrete pavement withsemi-rigid base is prone to dissolution and cavitation under hydrodynamic pressure,which leads to a sharp decrease in pavement fatigue life.The aim of this study are the reasonable time and key curing area for preventive maintenance of cement concrete pavement under corrosion and cavitation disease.Hydrodynamic scouring is used to carry out dissolution test and cavitation test.The dissolution action of semi-rigid base and the influencing factors of cavitation of cement concrete pavement are studied,and the optimal time of prevention and maintenance of cement pavement based on cavitation is put forward.The results show that the hydrodynamic pressure will dissolve calcium ionsin semi-rigid base,resulting in the increase of internal holes and reducing the strength to increase the probability of pavement surface cavitation.Increasing the cement content can release the disease of hydrodynamic corrosion.For plate and corner cavitation disease,increase of the shaft load and the area of cavitation and decrease the thickness of road surface will aggravate the probability and harm of cavitation.The maintenance and prevention of cavitation disease should be carried out when the pavement cavitation radius is less than 0.4 m and the cavitation rate is less than 16.5%.Meanwhile,the corner of cement pavement is affected more by the cavitation damage.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the corner of cement pavement maintenance of pavement.
