摘 要:目的探讨床边摄影中的X线辐射防护方法及应用。方法选择2019年10月至2020年11月杭州市中医院收治的131例需进行床边摄影的患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(65例)与试验组(66例)。对照组采取常规X线辐射防护方法,试验组采取针对性X线辐射防护方法,比较两组防护效果与成片质量。结果试验组瞬间辐射摄入量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有效成片率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组被动辐射人数占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论床边摄影中采取针对性X线辐射防护方法效果较理想,可有效减少患者辐射摄入剂量,并可减少周围人群被动辐射率,降低患者住院期间医源性损害发生率,还可提高成片质量。Objective To explore the method and application of X-ray radiation protection in bedside photography.Methods 131 patients who were admitted to Hangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2019 to November 2020 and needed bedside photography were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group(65 cases)and test group(66 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group took routine X-ray radiation protection methods,and the test group took targeted X-ray radiation protection methods.The protection effects and film quality of the two groups were compared.Results The instantaneous radiation intake of the test group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The effective film forming rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The proportion of passive radiation in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of targeted X-ray radiation protection in bedside photography is ideal,which can effectively reduce the radiation intake dose of patients,reduce the passive radiation rate of surrounding people,reduce the incidence of iatrogenic damage during hospitalization,and improve the film quality.
